| Training
At 702 City, we give emphasis in training our agents First
with the Code of Ethics each member of the National Association
of Realtors should fully understand and follow. Second, we
teach each agent the simplest and most effective ways to prospect
for clients and build a long lasting friendship & business
relationship with them. Third, we teach each agents how to
fill-out and understand each of the important documents required
by each state for agents to use in the sale of real estate.
And last, Escrow and Loan officers help educate our agents
to understand the escrow and mortgage process which in turn
will make them more valuable to their clients. |

Facility
All of our Sales & Listings and other files are scanned
into our main computer system for easy reference and efficiency.
Once your hard file is stored in the filing cabinet, you won’t
have to touch it again. You can fax, e-mail, copy, and open
your files with ease from our server anywhere in the world!.
You can make a copy of your files (in your computer) and be
able to take it with you anywhere!
Special documents like the Business Presentation and real
estate forms can be accessed from our website anytime, anywhere.

Offices
Our offices are equipped with the latest technology to keep
our agents on the cutting edge. Some offices have karaoke
entertainment centers for regular social gatherings of our
agents, their families, and their clients’ families.
Of course, each of our offices have our trademark, a playroom!
