1. Agent “Traditional” Plan

• $0 – Monthly fee
• $300 - Transaction fee (1st 12 sales) (Nevada)
• $500 - Transaction fee (1st 12 sales) (California)
• $100 - Transaction fee (13th sale to year end)
(Includes E&O insurance and normal office expenses)

2. Agent “Retirement” Plan

This short illustration will show how a new agent can make an unheard of but very realistic income by following the 702 City Realty patented system. A seasoned agent may start at highere level depending on skill & past income production. There are only 3 steps for a new agent to reach retirement level. Step 1 ( go from 50% to 70% Level), Step 2 (70%-80% Level), Step 3 (80%-90% Level), That’s it!

Let’s say that the average commission is $9000 and each agent closes 1 sale a month. A new agent ( Agent A) starts at 50% level and after just 1 to10 sales, depending on the agent’s dedication, moves up to the 70% level. Agent A recruits 5 new agents (Agents B) at the 50% level. Agent A closes 1 sale and Agents B also close 1 sale each. Agent A receives $6300 for his personal production and $9000 in overrides from Agents B1,2,3,4,5. Agent A’s total income that month is $15,300. What happens if Agent A has to leave for a month? There will still be a residual income when he/she comes back. A seasoned agent may start at the 70,80, or 90% Level depending on the agent’s past production.

After recruiting agents or achieving a certain group production, Agent A moves up to the 80% Level. Let’s say Agents B moves up to the 70% Level and recruits 5 agents each and Agent A added 5 more new agents in the 50% Level. Agent A now has 36 agents in the team.

Agents can collect overrides to 3 levels deep. When agent A reaches the 90% level and is able to help a downline agent (say Agent B) reach the 90 % level also, Agent A is now entitled to a Team Generational Override. 6% of Agents B’s team production, 3% of Agent C’s (2nd level recruit), and 1% of Agent D’s (3rd level recruit) team production. That is a total of more than 10% of Team Generational Overrides!
