CREATIONS is a Cebu-based business
founded in 1998 by a group of young, architecture-oriented,
scale model enthusiasts. We got our start building study models
for local architects and interior designers. Word spread fast
and more scale model commissions were coming. In 2 years,
CREATIONS became full time. As we approach our fifth year,
and with four full-time modelmakers and artists, we are now
building a full range and variety of models...from simple
massing models to complex terrains and site development models.
Each of our staff member can do all the work, although each
has a niche or specialty in which they take pride.We do everything
in-house...from drafting to model parts fabrication, and carpentry
to electronics.
Every
project we do is unique from the rest. We give special attention
to your needs, requirements, your market, and your audience.
Then, we use an artistic eye to create models and presentations
that allow the viewers to envision your project's full scope
and imagine its possibilities. Our models can be used for
generating public awareness, sell concepts, raise funds, showcase
designs, and pre-sell real estate developments. Whatever your
requirements are, we will work closely with you to ensure
that the right objectives are met.
We
work on every project like it's the BEST and the ONLY project
we're working on. Since we are greatly concerned with customer
satisfaction and quality product, we will only accept projects
if we have the time and resources to finish it. The earlier

We have worked for many individuals,
professionals, and companies, both large and small,

tools for presentation. We do not only produce beautiful
models and renderings, but we produce WORKS of ART that
tell stories and ideas to your viewers. Wether you need
to showcase your designs or pre-sell your real estate
investments, we can help you choose the right products

Architectural Scale Models -
We build architectural scale models for any type of
structures in any scale. Models can feature removable
roof and fully detailed interiors, surface finishes
and colors, detailed landscaping, interior lights, etc.
OR plain, massing (usually monochromatic) models for
design studies and presentations. |

Site Development and Topo Models
- With your detailed master plans, we can produce detailed
site development models with exact landscape features,
topography and terrain. |

Dioramas - These are "super-realistic"
models built with a great deal of realism. We do dioramas
for collectors, museums, model railroaders, war gamers
and other informative displays. |
|
Architectural Renderings - We
also accept architectural rendering services in watercolor,
markers, colored pencils, airbrushed acrylics, tempera,
and mixed media. |

Special Displays - We also do
display boards, toy train layouts, corporate displays,
and various forms of presentations. |

We do all works in-house. Our staff
can do almost any types of model works, from basic model
construction to more complex techniques like casting,
sculpting, photo-etching, electronics (for lighting
and special effects), and realistic weathering (for
dioramas). We work with most types of modeling materials
like Foamex board, high impact plastic and acrylic sheets,
fold coat, mattboard, styrene, wood, acrylic and polyester
resins, and silicon molds. |

Of course, whatever we do, it's the
project's objectives that count. Communication is the
key, and we rely on close contact with each client.
Every apect of the project is discussed, and no details
are overlooked. The earlier we are brought into the
