QUALIFICATIONS OF CONTESTANTS:

• Single, has neither been married nor has ever given birth
• Between 18 and 25 years of age (during reigning period)
• At least 5 feet and 4 inches in height (5'4")
• Completed at least secondary schooling (High School graduate)
• Has beauty of face and figure and has outgoing personality
• Familiar with environmental issues facing her region
• Good moral character

2. Photocopies of a High School diploma and an authenticated birth certificate
3. Personal swimsuit and high heels shoes (stiletto)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To exemplify herself as a woman with true sense of responsibility, self-esteem and grace.
• To carry the title she bears with honor and dignity.
• Actively work and promote environmental projects; participate in projects selected by Carousel Productions.
• Attend and be punctual in all the schedules arranged by Carousel Productions.
• Obey all rules and participate in all official activities.
• Not to enter in any other beauty contest during her reign.
• Not to engage in any activity that may have direct/indirect conflict with their respective duties as Winner and Runners-Up.
