| Accommodations

We have two types
of cottages:
The Tropical Villas (4 units) and the Garden Cottages (5 units).
All our them have air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and queen-sized
beds. All of the villas and two garden cottages have window
seats that can double as extra beds so that they can each
comfortably fit four. (Maximum capacity of the resort is 34.) |

The villas have
their own private gardens, huge verandahs, mini- refrigerators
and ensuite bathrooms with hot water. We have one Family Villa
with two rooms and a shared bathroom. Maximum capacity of
the Family Villa is 7 plus one child.
The garden cottages have their (private) showers located
outside the room and only tap water is available.

For a special fixed rate, you can book Pansukian Tropical
Resort for your family, friends, or colleagues! This includes
round-trip transfers (to and from any point on Siargao Island
only), all meals and an island excursion within Siargao! And
because the resort is for your exclusive use at this time, we
can concoct special activities for you and your guests to make
your trip truly memorable! Inquire
with us today! Please note that this offer is valid
only during non-peak season dates and is good for one to a
maximum of 16 guests. If you have more than 16 people
in your group, a special rate shall be charged for the "extra"
guests. The resort can accommodate a maximum of 30 people.
(Please note, however, that SEAIR's plane can accommodate
only 19. We can assist you in chartering extra flights
for your guests.) |

| Booking and Payment
Policies and Procedures |
- A 50% deposit is required to secure reservations. Bookings
not covered by the said deposit will be deemed temporary
and may be voided in favor of other paying guests.
- The balance should be paid in full, at least, one month
before the date of arrival at the resort.
- Cancellation Policy:
- FOR THE REGULAR SEASON, the equivalent of one
night's stay per person will be charged for cancellations
made within a week (seven days) of the intended date
of arrival at the resort. All deposits are non-refundable
for bookings cancelled on the day of departure itself.
- FOR PEAK SEASONS (Easter, Christmas, New Year's,
Japanese festivals), cancellations made within one month
(30 days) of the intended date of arrival at the resort
will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent
to one night's stay per person. All deposits are
non-refundable for bookings cancelled within two weeks
(14 days) of the intended date of arrival at the resort.
- At the resort, please note that we only
accept payments in cash (U.S. dollars or Philippine pesos
only). We do NOT accept credit card payments or traveler's
checks.
- For payments made via bank transfer, a copy of the transfer's
receipt should be faxed (+63-2-681-8166) or e-mailed
to us.
