We offer these unique amenities in contrary to the more common swimming pools, tennis courts or golf courses to promote eco-tourism activities such as trekking, hiking, camping or strolling that makes us commune with nature. |
Home Owners Fee
Basically, the homeowner's fee is used for the upkeep and maintenance of the subdivision. These fees are collected in lump sum payable together with the down payment or upon full payment to save the lot owner from the hassle of paying the monthly dues. In other subdivisions, collection is made monthly yielding only a collection rate of 30% on the average. This would be unfair to those who pay religiously. It would then be up to the homeowners in the future if they want to increase the fund. |
Water Supply
Mountain Haven gets its water supply from the Eden Barangay Water System, as well from its own water source. We will also have our own village water tanks. However, as there is no guarantee of continuous water supply from the barangay, we require you to put up your own individual water tanks to utilize rain water. Eden weather usually rains in the evening. |
Distance from City Limits
It's only a 45 minute to an hour's drive from Davao City and a 15-minute drive from Toril proper. |
Lot Sizes
The lot sizes are ideally cut at the minimum of 750 sq.m. for you to better appreciate nature in all its bounty. Only 20% of your lot is to be used in building homes, gazebos and parking lots. The rest may now thrive with your flower or vegetable gardens planted to your heart's desire. |
