renowned by surfers as having one of the most powerful wave
in Asia, its proximity to the Philippine Deep combined with
the big swell of the Pacific, ringed with virgin
beaches, reefs with warm clear waters offering a wealth
of exotic marine life and also recently discovered as a world
class diving spot called the Cathedral, because of the blue
tunnel like cave as big as a cathedral with 100 meters visibility.
It is host to the celebrated yearly International
Surfing Competition in Cloud Nine, Catangnan every October.
