WELCOME TO JING'S PLACE HOMESTAY ON SIARGAO ISLAND
Jing's Place Homestay is a family friendly home for the travellers, tourists and surfers alike. We are based in General Luna, the main tourist area on Siargao and close to the infamous Cloud 9 surf break.
Come surfing with Jing, the local surf super hero. He shows you how and where to avoid the crowds to maximize your surfing pleasure.
No swell? No problem! We plan your island hopping trip for you - with a beautiful picnic in the most amazing lagoons around. Go snorkeling or diving and enjoy the rich flora and fauna around the reef.
Stay in one of our native styled rooms. We have something for every budget and our prices are negotiable depending on the length of your stay. Learn about the philippine culture and meet our big family.

At Jing's we offer you a variety of accommodation options. From airconditioned rooms with a private bathroom to native designed budget rooms. We also offer special rates for weekly or monthly rentals. Package deals are also available, including surfboard and motorbike rental. ACTIVITIES
GETTING AROUND
- The best way to explore Siargao is by motorbike. We have a couple of them around or organize one for you. Prices vary on the type of bike and length of rental, but it's usually between 250 and 500 pesos/day.
SURFING
- We have a huge range of high quality surfboards for rental at our place. Including Al Merrick, Fresh, Firewire and other brands.
- Choose your board depending on the conditions and your skill level. Go for an old school longboard ride on low swell days or test your abilities with a shortboard when it's pumping.
- Take surfing lessons from Jing. He gets you on a board in no time - even if you have never surfed before.
- Come on a boating trip with us. We have our own boats to show you the uncrowded breaks on the outer reef.
TOURS
- Explore the Sohoton Lagoon and its Caves. Go snorkeling with the unique stingless jellyfish.
- From Guyam to Dako and Naked Island - Hop from island to island for a day.
- Go snorkleing on the reef around Mamon Island and explore the life corals and plenty of fish.
- Kayak through the mangroves or visit the magpupungko rock pool.
- Go deeper: Go on a diving trip or a deep sea fishing adventure.
