Unsa man ang MGCQ (Modified General Community Quarantine)?

WHAT INDUSTRY CAN OPEN: Works resume na in all industry, with the special arrangement sa mga 60 and above, pregnant women and with medical problems.
PERSONAL SERVICES ESTABLISHMENTS: Sa mga Barbershops, salons, spa, parlors ug uban pang mga establishments, 50% venue capacity lang sila and with enforcement of mask wearing, physical distancing and other health protocols sa gihapon nga ipatuman.
RESTAURANTS. Pwede na mag dine-in pero 50% lang sa venue capacity ang allowed.
TRANSPORTATION: Ang Public transport allowed na but with reduced capacity pero dapat may enforcement of health protocols sa gihapon. Private vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles allowed na usab with health protocols like Motorcycle-bawal backride, Tricycle-isa ngadto sa duha ka pasahero lang, etc.
FLIGHTS: Resume na ang flights subject to some restrictions sa (DoTr) o Department of Transportation
INTER-ISLAND VESSELS: Resume na ang mga inter-island vessels ug sea transport sugod sa June 1 nga byahe, pero reduced passenger (50% of the capacity) but subject to some restrictions by the DoTr.
GOVT OFFICES: 100% full operations resume pero dapat with enforcement sa health protocols gihapon with special arrangement sa mga vulnerable persons (seniors, pregnant women, etc.)
SCHOOL CLASSES: Physical classes is now allowed in Higher Education. Prohibited gihapon sa Pre School, Elementary, High School and Senior HS). approved na usab sa IATF ang DEP-ED recommendation nga opening of school year will be on Aug 24.
MASS GATHERINGS: only up to 50% of venue capacity like movie house, concerts, etc.
CURFEW: No more curfew unless the LGU will imposed.
LIQUOR BAN: Limited or No Liquor Ban depende sa LGU
MALLS-Maka open na sila pero with some restrictions and measures nga ma imposed sa matag LGUs like distancing, no wifi, etc. Leisure and children stores 50% lang sa ila operational capacity ang gitugot.
RELIGIOUS GATHERINGS: Allowed na subject to some restrictions nga gi imposed sa IATF.
SPORTS. Dili gihapon allowed except ang mga no contact sports sama sa golf, swimming, jogging, walking, running, biking, tennis, badminton, equestrian and skatebording.
