Ouano-Ceniza Heights Subdivision Surigao City will close their entrance and exit gates to non-residents before December 2015.
Atty. Cacel Azarcon said the officers and members of Ouano-Ceniza Heights Neighborhood Association, Inc. decided to close the gates, hire security guards and install CCTV Camera System. All vehicles public and private, trucks, dumptrucks and other heavy equipment units are prohibited from using the access road used to be their shortcut route from Arellano district to Asian Highway 26.
