In honor of the 1st Mayor of the Municipality of Del Carmen, LGU Del Carmen named the Mayor's Conference Room in his honor. Thank you to the +Hon Francisco B. Alburo for starting the community of Numancia and now Del Carmen. Thanks to MPIC and Ms Melody M. del Rosario for the beautiful signages of the Municipal Building. Formal Launching will be on October 23, 2015 in a simple ceremony with the heirs of the Alburo Family.
