INGREDIENTS:
PORK BELLY
SOY SAUCE
BLACK PEPPER CORN
CANNED PINEAPPLE JUICE
SALT
COOKING OIL FOR FRYING
WATER
VINEGAR
BROWN SUGAR
PORK CUBES
BLACK BEANS
GARLIC
RED ONIONS
BAY LEAF
HOW TO:
1. Cut Pork Belly in 1-2inches Cube Cut
2. Fry Pork Belly to Light Brown and Lessen the Fat
3. In a Pan, Sautee Garlic, Onions and Bay Leaf
4. Add The Fried Pork Belly, Soy Sauce, Pineapple Juice,Black Pepper Corn,Black Beans,Water, Pork Cubes
5. Cook in Medium Heat for 1-2hrs till Tender
5. Add Salt and Sugar To taste
