This was such a beautiful and inspiring day of adventure across Northern Mindanao...

I left Cagayan de Oro early in the morning and headed up over the mountains driving my scooter on a road trip east. Passing through Claveria, I found myself caught in a rainstorm. From there I found myself exploring the 4th largest lake in the Philippines. At the lake I met an amazing Filipino farmer who not only became my friend, but also inspired me with his attitude and story about beating cancer!
